Aurora Radar — Delete your data

Aurora Radar does not ask for your name or email. Your saved places stay on your device unless you turn on alerts or share a photo.

In the app

Tap Delete my data at the bottom of the page and confirm. This removes your saved places, alert settings, push subscriptions and shared photos from our server, and clears the app on that device. It is immediate.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email privacy@creativelyapps.com. Because we do not know who you are, we may ask for details that let us find your data, such as the place names you saved or the date of a photo you shared.

What we keep

• Alert history is anonymised rather than deleted, so our published accuracy totals stay correct. It can no longer be linked to you.
• Records of rejected photos (a file fingerprint and the reason) are kept for 90 days to stop the same image being resubmitted.
