Creatively Apps Limited ("we") runs creativelyapps.com. This policy covers the website itself. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from that app's page.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. We do not know who visits it.
If you email us
We keep your message and your email address so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation. We do not use your address for marketing and we do not pass it to anyone else. We delete support correspondence after two years.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our using it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email privacy@creativelyapps.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Keeping your data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Where you hold an account, your data is deleted when you delete the account.
Where your data is held
Our suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the equivalent safeguards required by UK data protection law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
