Creatively Apps

GreenLight — Privacy Policy

Effective 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

This app ("GreenLight", "we", "us") is provided by Creatively Apps Limited, based in England, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@creativelyapps.com. We are the data controller for the limited information described below.

2. What information we collect

GreenLight is designed to collect as little as possible:

3. How we use information

Any information is used only to make the app work — to remember your progress on your device and, if analytics are enabled, to understand general usage and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Where we process any personal data, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the app, and on your consent where required (for example, optional analytics or marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Local storage & cookies

GreenLight uses your device's local storage to save your progress. This stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie. If you clear your browser data, your progress is removed.

6. Children and young people

GreenLight is intended for learner drivers, typically aged 17 and over. It does not require personal details and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy@creativelyapps.com and we will delete it.

7. Sharing & third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. The app may link to third-party partners (for example insurance, lessons or car providers); if you follow those links you leave GreenLight and their own privacy policies apply. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the app to you.

8. Retention & security

Progress stored on your device remains until you clear it. Any data we do hold is kept only as long as needed and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@creativelyapps.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change. Questions or requests: privacy@creativelyapps.com.
