GreenLight — Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using GreenLight you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What GreenLight is
GreenLight is a study aid to help you prepare for the UK driving theory test, with practice questions, mock tests and road-sign learning. It is provided by Creatively Apps Limited.
3. Not official, and no guarantee of passing
GreenLight is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA, DVLA or any government body. Its practice questions are our own original material based on the Highway Code and are not the official DVSA question bank. While we work hard to keep content accurate, we do not guarantee it is error-free or that using the app will result in passing your test.
4. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GreenLight for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its content without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
6. Road-sign images
Traffic sign images used in GreenLight are © Crown copyright and are reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. They are reproduced accurately and not in a misleading context. GreenLight is not affiliated with the Department for Transport.
7. Third-party links & partners
The app may show links to third-party products or services (such as insurance, driving lessons, cars or breakdown cover). We are not responsible for those third parties, their content or their services, and any purchase is between you and them.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your own learning and for booking and sitting the official test.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for failing to pass a test, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: privacy@creativelyapps.com.
