MathRise — Delete your data

You can have your account and the data attached to it deleted. There are two ways.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This is immediate.

By email

Email privacy@creativelyapps.com from the address attached to your account, saying which app you mean. We will confirm within two working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Everything you saved in the app.
• Your settings and preferences.

What we have to keep

We keep records of purchases for as long as UK tax law requires, currently six years. These are kept for accounting only and are not used for anything else. Crash reports that cannot be linked back to you may also remain.

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that through your Apple or Google account, or it will keep renewing.
