PassLife UK — Privacy Policy
PassLife UK does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage data, and we do not transmit anything from your device to us or to anyone else.
Data stored on your device
The app saves your settings and your progress on your own device so it works the next time you open it. We cannot see any of it. Deleting the app deletes that data.
Third parties
We do not use advertising networks, analytics services or trackers of any kind in this app, and we do not share data with anyone, because we do not have any.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email privacy@creativelyapps.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our using it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email privacy@creativelyapps.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Keeping your data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Where you hold an account, your data is deleted when you delete the account.
Where your data is held
Our suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the equivalent safeguards required by UK data protection law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
