Wordway — Delete your data

Wordway does not need an account. Your progress is stored on your phone, and only reaches us if you turn on cloud save.

In the app

• Cloud save: open Settings → Cloud save → Delete cloud save and account. This deletes your email address and the copy of your progress from our servers straight away.
• Progress on your phone: use Settings → Reset progress, or delete the app.
• Ads: change your choices in Settings → Ad privacy choices, or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

By email

Email privacy@creativelyapps.com from the address you used for cloud save. We will confirm within two working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we have to keep

Purchase records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires, currently six years, for accounting only. Deleting your data does not cancel anything you bought; purchases are managed by Apple or Google.
