Something not working, or a question about the app? Email us and a person will read it.

Before you write

It helps a great deal if you can tell us:

• Your device and its operating system version, for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18".
• The version of PassLife UK, which is shown on the app's settings screen.
• What you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us, so refunds have to go through them. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use the Google Play order history. If you are stuck, write to us and we will help you find the right route.

Your data

See the privacy policy for what we collect. To ask us to delete anything we hold, email privacy@creativelyapps.com.
